On average, a company takes 4 to 5 measures per year that affect working conditions. And that to work safer and healthier? Unfortunately, that almost never turns out to be the motivation. More efficient performance is the primary driver of companies. Better 'arbo' is by-catch.

Jan Dul, professor of Technology and Human Factors at RSM, led a consortium of parties for over five years to obtain scientifically substantiated answers to these kinds of questions.
