Under the partnership, XOLAS will integrate the StrategyMetrics benchmarking analysis tool into its services, allowing business schools around the world to develop customised services, using rankings and public data, to clarify their strengths and weaknesses as well as their competitive positioning trajectory.
“As a leading business school, RSM considers it a privilege and a responsibility to contribute to the development of the sector as a whole. We are proud to be partnering with XOLAS in making the StrategyMetrics benchmarking tool available to institutions around the world,” said RSM’s Dean Ansgar Richter.
Customised analytics service
The analysis tool, together with consulting services provided by XOLAS, will allow business schools to take an evidence-based approach to gain a more nuanced understanding of their comparative performance relative to peer institutions on a national and international level as well as in comparison to business schools reflecting their medium- to longer-term strategic ambitions. Using an open-science approach, the RSM-XOLAS service will build customised analytics services that will allow schools to receive a more accurate assessment of how change management processes can improve institutional, programme, faculty, research or student development.
“StrategyMetrics is a unique change management tool, guiding the strategic development of business schools and universities through data-driven benchmarking. We are excited to start this partnership with RSM to advance higher education globally,” Prof. Mathias Falkenstein, founding partner and managing director at XOLAS.
