RSM’s SDG ambassadors programme aims to help create a sustainable future by educating and inspiring the next generation of leaders to act towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each year, 17 enthusiastic RSM SDG student ambassadors act as responsible and effective leaders to drive positive change towards sustainable development.
The student ambassadors work hard to:
- foster awareness and understanding of the SDGs among the RSM community.
- encourage and support the integration of the SDGs into RSM's teaching, research, and other activities.
- develop and promote innovative and sustainable business models and practices on campus and beyond.
- engage with (external) partners to address pressing sustainability challenges and opportunities.
The RSM SDG Ambassadors Programme
The RSM SDG Ambassadors Programme enables bachelor and master students to actively engage with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Ambassadors expand their understanding of sustainability and its relevance across industries while contributing to meaningful change within and beyond the RSM community.
As part of the programme, ambassadors:
- deepen their knowledge of the SDGs
- promote sustainable development through awareness and action
- design and implement projects that create positive impact
- take part in monthly meetings, workshops and events
- connect with peers, alumni, and sustainability experts.
A new group of ambassadors is welcomed each September to carry the programme forward.

- actively engaging in the programme’s additional activities.
