The Societal Impact of Science and Technology

This one-day online conference aims to set the baseline for measuring the societal impact of scientific knowledge and research produced by universities and colleges of higher education in the Netherlands and Flanders. 

Impact is embedded in the missions of many higher education institutions, research institutes, business schools and other knowledge-intensive organisations. But we need to be able to measure the societal impact of scientific knowledge in order to effectively stimulate and validate it.
