Hosted by Sustainable RSM and the Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO)

The United Nations recently declared gender equality to be one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This means it will be your job – as a male or female leader of the future – to actively manage change. Your generation can create a more equal environment.

Diversity expert

The session will be led by leadership development and diversity expert Professor Dianne Bevelander. With her and fellow workshop participants you will explore best practices, share insights, learn about the latest research on female leadership, compare experiences, and discuss your ideas and challenges.

Risking new behaviour

This workshop will:

  • encourage you to think critically about your attitudes and beliefs about gender
  • explain gender bias
  • explore the value of women in leadership
  • encourage you to continue the debate after the workshop

With gender inequalities still being so deeply ingrained in all societies, we need to actively manage change. Join the workshop and find out how you can contribute to this in the business environment when you start your career.
