RSM B.V. maintains and manages RSM alumni data. In order to maintain the alumni database and ensuring that it remains up-to-date, the data on the form sent with the RSM alumni magazine is processed.

RSM keeps the data in its database up to date in order to connect students with alumni, and in order to re-engage alumni.

The data is accessible by the Alumni Office and by the Career Centre. If you sign up for the RSM Alumni Portal and opted-in to sharing your data, your contact information and professional information will be accessible to other RSM alumni.

The names, email addresses, home address, graduation year, and completed programme are kept in RSM B.V.’s CRM system indefinitely, in accordance with the University Archive Law 2009, act number 84 and (the former guidelines of) the Exemption Decision on the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Vrijstellingsbesluit WBP), article number 41. The other career-related data is kept in RSM B.V’s CRM for 5 years after a change has been made to it. If no changes are made to the data, the data will be deleted after 5 years. If changes are made, the retention period of 5 years re-applies from the moment the changes are made.
