He believes that work should help you thrive as a human being while making the world a better place. Based on this, he works as a Workshop Facilitator & Coach for Social Impact. Next to this, he’s a Climate Activist with Extinction Rebellion; focusing on training and growing the climate movement. Prior to this, he worked as a Strategy & Innovation Consultant at Deloitte, so understands the challenge of making a difference within the corporate environment. He’s also an alumnus of the EUR and recipient of the RSM Distinguished Alumnus Award for his impact.

Johanna Raats is an accomplished marketing manager with a diverse professional background. She began her career working for startups such as Fritz-Kola and SnappCar, and later transitioned to a role as a marketing manager for a corporate event organization, where she was responsible for delivering international trade shows across the globe. Johanna started working as Marketing & Communications Lead at Erasmus Enterprise in January 2023, where she continues to make a significant impact in the field of marketing and boost entrepreneurship amongst students and academics at the Erasmus University. Above all, Johanna is deeply committed to fostering inclusivity and mindfulness in the workplace. She believes that creating a supportive and collaborative work environment is essential to achieving success.

He has been working in the finance and sustainability sector for over 10 years. He studied finance and completed an MBA in RSM in 2018. At the age of 26, he co-created a venture builder, creating and consulting for startups. He created 5 of his own starts ups and consulted over 40 entrepreneurs, hiring 10 people and working in different industries such as water, sustainable agriculture, travelling, social e-commerce, and clean energy. He has also worked in the Venture and Private Equity Industries and fundraised for them, meeting amazing asset managers and/or successful ex-entrepreneurs during this time. He created his own consultancy for Impact venture capitals and climate start-ups. Currently, he is part of the Carbon13 program as a climate entrepreneur, where there are 75 entrepreneurs creating different startups to combat carbon reduction.

Murat Tarakci is a Professor of Innovation Strategy and Head of the Innovation Management section at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His mission is to help organizations create a positive impact by formulating and executing innovation strategies that address the world’s current challenges. He focuses on guiding organizations to align their innovation activities with their strategic goals and manage innovation processes effectively to create maximum impact.

As a recognized expert in innovation management, Murat's research has been published in top academic journals, such as Strategic Management Journal and Journal of Management, and featured in popular media outlets like Financial Times and Harvard Business Review. His extensive experience working with different organizations from different industries has given him a unique perspective on how to leverage innovation to achieve positive impact. He regularly coaches executives and helps organizations with their innovation and strategy-related challenges to promote collaborative efforts towards achieving their goals.

She is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Forward·Inc, a foundation offering entrepreneurship programs and events for people with a refugee background. Forward·Inc is an Amsterdam-based, internationally operating organisation devoted to helping newcomers pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.

Driven to reach more and more newcomers worldwide with top-notch business and entrepreneurship education, she pushes her team daily to go the extra mile. Her main goal is to support 4000 newcomers yearly by 2026 to start their own businesses, allowing them to achieve economic independence for themselves, their families, and their communities. She holds a double MSc degree by CEMS from the Rotterdam School of Management and Vienna University of Economics and Business, which awarded her the junior alumna of the year in 2021. She is also part of Euclid's Top 100 Women in Social Entrepreneurship in Europe 2022. Since 2021 she has been actively involved as an advisory board member at Village Capital.

Katherine Baranova is a founder of a Social Fintech startup, on a mission to stop the nonsense and waste of unwanted gifts. Her platform Boon & Bliss emerges as a category-defining consumer tech with a simple goal: enable gifts that fulfill dreams.

Katherine's journey to entrepreneurship wasn't a straight path. As an immigrant, mother, and female leader, she worked her way up the career ladder in the financial sector, leading executive teams in high-caliber digital transformation and M&A. Along the way, she earned her RSM OneMBA and … jumped the corporate ship to pursue her true entrepreneurial calling . Today, she's inspiring others to take risks, follow their passions, and never settle for anything less than what they truly want.

Jochem Kroezen is the Academic Director of the RSM Erasmus Fulltime MBA and an Associate Professor in Organization Theory at the Organisation & Personnel Management Department at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He earned his PhD from RSM in 2014 and previously worked as an Assistant Professor in International Business at the Cambridge Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

He specializes in the sociological side of organization and management theory and has extensive teaching experience across a wide variety of pre- and post-experience programmes on subjects like social systems change, culture, trust, strategic transformation, international business and research methods. His current research focuses on developing the concept of "craft" as an alternative approach to organizing work in the 21st century.

Marjolein is a HR business leader. Marjolein: ‘I am specialized in Happy HR: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion.’

She is also a certified Coach, Talent Coach and an active member of the RSM Executive Education Advisory Council.

Marjolein: ‘I just enjoy enabling people for better personal, team and business performance. I guess my purpose is to give people wings to fly for better performance and happiness at work.’

Marjolein’s educational background: MSc Business Administration (Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam), MSc International Management (CEMS, Wirstschaftsuniversität Wien) and MSc Corporate Communication (Rotterdam School of Management).

What I like most about the HR business field is finding the balance between employee’s interest and employer’s interest. I discovered this during my studies, Human Resource Management, and professional career. My name is Inge Helderman and I started my carrier as HR Advisor for a start-up Engineering company. I continued my career as Manager for different disciplines within the organization, such as HR.

Currently, I am working as Senior HR Consultant where I did different HR-related projects for big multinationals. There are always new challenges in the HR business field, which makes this field so interesting for me.
