Work success is heavily shaped by our mental state. Rising workloads, tight deadlines, and toxic environments are increasing stress, leading to burnout, lower performance, and declining job satisfaction worldwide.
Rachel E. Patterson will explain why corporate wellness is essential for performance and profitability, sharing insights from neuroscience and practical tools to build resilience and focus. Dr. Hendra Wijaya will show how burnout is a systemic issue and offer clear, research-based strategies to recognize warning signs and improve mental well-being at all organizational levels.
Participate in a discussion and Q&A, followed by a networking reception with food and beverages inspired by the Mexican holiday 'Cinco de Mayo', creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
Registration is required to attend and will close on Monday, May 4 at midnight EST. All attendees must check in with building security upon arrival, including identification verification, a photograph, and bag screening. As staffing is limited after hours, we recommend allowing sufficient time for entry. Please be aware that photographs will be taken at this event.
