These are the Terms and Conditions for participation in the incentives raffle of the RSM MSc Employment Survey 2026. This is a small promotional game of chance for a closed group. Even though when is not strictly necessary, we do our best to conform to the 2014 Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance by the Netherlands Gambling Authority (www.kansspelautoriteit.nl)

| Method of participation | All graduates who complete the MSc Employment survey questionnaire up to and including the last question, and indicate that they want to participate in the prize draw will be included in the prize draw. Graduates can only fill in the survey after receiving an invitation from RSM. These invitations are sent to the email addresses given to Erasmus University Rotterdam/RSM before, during or after studies. |

| Date of prize draw and awarding of prizes | The prize draw will take place in week 13, i.e. late March 2026 |
| Selection of prize winners and number of prize draws | Prize winners will be selected at random with Excel random number generation |
| Notification of prize winners | All prize winners will receive an email to inform them of their prize. This email will have a deadline of 7 days to confirm receipt. If unanswered, another name will be drawn. Vouchers will be sent as email codes, and physical prizes will be sent by mail to all locations that the RSM Store can deliver. |
| Announcement of winners | Winners will be announced in the week of 13 April 2026 (Week 16) and will be contacted via email from alumni@rsm.nl. The list of winners will also be published on this page. |
| Eligibility to participate in the draw | This survey promotion is only open to a closed group: only alumni of Rotterdam School of Management who successfully completed their Master education (excluding MBA and Executive Education programmes) between 01-09-2024 and 31-08-2025, who submitted a valid student number, and who were invited to participate and consented to participate, are eligible to participate in this draw. |
| Deduction or declaration of applicable betting and lottery tax | The prizes in this draw are not eligible for betting and lottery tax. |
| Filing of complaints about this promotional game of chance and procedure to be followed | Complaints may be filed via email to alumni@rsm.nl - we will inform you of an answer to your complaint within approximately one week after receipt. |
