“I regularly deal with company and country cultures that can complicate running projects effectively. I was also looking for a boost in methodology knowledge as this dilutes over time. So I wanted a training that would cover all of these aspects in one go. I know RSM as I’m an Erasmus University alumnus, and it was also recommended by a friend who followed the OneMBA programme.

Through the course and subsequent coaching I got a broader view on project management, how to deal with changes in culture and how to use various methodologies such as agile integration. This will help me to become more successful as a project manager. I could improve my skills in scoping, scaling and planning projects by applying methodologies. And I have a better understanding of how I should deal with environments I am working in. 

Project Management in Practice 1 was organised online due to Covid-19. The facilitator was a highly experienced project manager, and I learned and shared experiences with a very interactive group. This made it a good learning environment.”
