Nicole Court-Reuss is a product development and consumer insights strategy specialist with extensive experience transforming data-driven insights into actionable solutions across industries such as consumer products, travel & leisure, and financial services. Her most recent role was at the Royal Caribbean headquarters in Miami, Florida where she created and led their competitive intelligence program and used quantitative and qualitative data to drive product development and innovation across the brand’s ship fleet and collection of private destinations.

Irvin Embalsado began his career in the sciences as a board-certified chemist and materials engineer, conducting research on silver nanoparticles for printed electronics and later working in pharmaceuticals. He then transitioned into the tobacco industry, where he managed global commercial pilots and gained broad exposure to trade, sales, and strategy. Currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Strategy at Rotterdam School of Management, he is applying sustainability lessons to transform and expand his family’s industrial workwear business.
