How to start your MBA journey
You can start working on and submit your MBA application at any time during the year. Interviews and evaluations take place in rounds. Therefore, please submit your application for the Full-time MBA programme starting in January 2027, by one of the dates below:
- February 10
- April 14
- June 2
- August 11
- October 1
- November 10 (please note that this application round is only for applicants who do not need a student visa and/or residence permit)

Admission to the programme is open throughout the year. Interviews and final evaluations take place over five rounds each year.
Here’s a checklist of what you’ll need during your application.
- Completed online application form
- One prepared essay
- CV or LinkedIn profile
- Two professional references
- Kira Talent video response
- Satisfactory GMAT (Classic or Focus edition), GRE, Shorter GRE or BAT result
- GRE code: 0798
- Official transcript and copy of your diploma or degree from your college or university
- Copy of your passport
- € 125 application fee (we accept PayPal, credit card, or direct bank transfer)
Candidates who are invited for an admissions interview must complete a video response via Kira Talent.

To apply to our International Full-time MBA programme, you should consider the following:
Admissions eligibility
- An undergraduate degree
- A GMAT (Classic or Focus edition), GRE, Shorter GRE, or BAT report
- At least three years of postgraduate professional experience
- Ability to contribute in a multicultural setting
- English language assessment may apply
Note: The Admissions Committee have the right to request an English proficiency certificate

Via Embark you can register and provide us with the documents needed to assess your application. After your submission, one of our Recruitment & Admissions managers will get in touch with you to discuss the following steps.
Once you have formally accepted your offer and completed your registration, a number of important next steps will follow.
Access to your RSM accounts and StudentHub
After registration is confirmed, you will receive your student's login credentials. These credentials provide access to:
- StudentHub is your central information portal, supporting you from pre-arrival and throughout your MBA journey
- Practical guidance on housing
- Immigration information
- Pre-arrival checklists (general practitioners, health insurance, city hall registration, Tuberculosis screening)
- Administrative requirements
- Key contacts and support services
StudentHub will be your primary source of official information as you prepare for your MBA journey.
Immigration process for non-EU/EEA students
If you require a visa or residence permit, the immigration process will begin in September and typically runs until mid-November.
You do not need to initiate this process independently. The Registrar’s Office, Academic Services / Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) Team Immigration will contact you directly with detailed instructions and guide you step by step through the required procedures. The Admissions Team will host a webinar with key members of Team Immigration in September before your MBA.
Please note that immigration timelines are set by Dutch authorities, and the timely submission of accurate and complete documentation is essential to ensure approval.
