We promote the continued advancement of women into leadership positions in organisations of all types and sizes. Our RSM Executive MBA Programme in collaboration with the Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO), is dedicated to encourage organisations to achieve gender-balanced leadership for women keen to fulfil their potential to take on more senior roles.


Any female EMBA candidate who has has submitted their EMBA Programme Application and has been offered a place on our EMBA Programme commencing February 2017 is eligible to apply. The discretionary scholarship will be merit based and thus the quality of your EMBA application will be the criteria for assessment.

How to Apply:

  • Complete and submit your online application to EMBA Programme by the required programme application deadline.
  • Complete the Women in Business Scholarship Applicant Agreement.
  • Email your signed Applicant Agreement to the RSM Financial Aid Office at finaid@rsm.nl.
  • Scholarship application deadline: 1 October 2016.

Selection Process:

The discretionary scholarship will be merit based and thus the quality of your EMBA application will be the criteria for assessment, for example, essays, CV, admissions interview, furthermore, the Awards Committee will look at your profile or aspects thereof such as your nationality, cultural background, experience, and exceptional business leadership potential etc. Further if you have attended one of the ECWO executive programmes will be an advantage.

EMBA applications received after the scholarship deadline or are incomplete will not be considered. Scholarship applications will also not be accepted after the scholarship deadline.

The winner will be formally notified within six weeks after the application deadline with an Award letter and Terms & Conditions which will need to be duly signed as confirmation to accept the scholarship.

Scholarship can only be awarded if the candidate has been accepted on to the EMBA programme commencing February 2017.
