The RSM Open Evening follows a focused, easy-to-navigate format. First, you attend a short plenary session introducing RSM and its executive education portfolio. Afterwards, you choose from interactive workshops reflecting different learning themes and programme areas.

Between sessions, you visit the programme fair, speak with programme advisors and alumni, and connect with fellow professionals. Meanwhile, the RSM Open Evening alternates between structured learning moments and open networking. Consequently, you engage deeply where it matters most to you.

The RSM Open Evening revolves around four strategic themes: Leadership, Sustainability, Data & AI and Personal Development. For example, each theme demonstrates how RSM integrates knowledge, skills and impact across its programme families rather than treating topics in isolation. Therefore, you gain a clear understanding of how learning translates into practice.
