Today’s business environment is increasingly unpredictable, with unexpected events frequently disrupting “business as usual.” The ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt strategy to balance short-term constraints with long-term goals has become an essential skill for students. However, students do not always fully engage with lengthy case descriptions or absorb the nuances required to understand rich contexts. How can we develop short, current, and engaging cases that still achieve desired learning outcomes
In this session, Dr. Patricia Klopf and Dr. Isidora Sidorovska from the will share their experiences in developing “snap cases”. They will provide a guide on how to keep cases short and how to use them as an effective learning tool. The seminar will last one hour, featuring a 30-40 minute presentation followed by 20-30 minutes of discussion.
