Kijkshop will be using crowdfunding to fund its new initiative, TONE, which will allow all consumers to be a co-owner of this retail revolution. Cor Molenaar says that "stores that are not distinct and do not have a unique proposition are getting in more and more trouble. Kijkshop plays it smart with the new trend of giving customers a stage".
