Jan Hassink will be defending his PhD thesis on 19 September at UVA in Amsterdam. The topic is care farming - in this sector, care and agriculture are linked so that agricultural production is combined with the provision of health services. The central question is how the care industry sector has developed in the Netherlands. Co-promotor is RSM's Dr. Wim Hulsink.
