On 18 October, the Material Handling Forum organised a meeting at Price Safe Magazine 2016 winner DHL/ Ricoh with the theme 'Japanese management techniques in a Western business culture'. After a series of lectures, visitors of the DHL/ Ricoh warehouse could see how Japanese management techniques were applied in practice. René de Koster of RSM presented the research "The effects of investments in warehouse technology on performance" by Christian Kaps, RSM alumnus.
