The Netherlands was the first country in Europe to launch a National Environmental Policy Plan almost thirty years ago. Since then, the country has fallen far behind when it comes to sustainability. With the recently presented coalition agreement, the new government wants to catch up. Can the national government also change things to become more sustainable themselves?
