Following ten minutes of mindfulness meditation, employees are able to come up with more creative solutions for work problems. This is the conclusion drawn in a recent study by researchers Evgenia Dolgova and Dirk Deichmann and alumna Emma Schootstra of RSM. Stress and hectic working conditions actually inhibit creativity.
