With his external, uninhibited and new look, the ‘hofnar’ has the power to shine light on the blind spots of a company. The blind spots of the organization as a whole, but also of each individual. The ‘hofnar’ thinks apart from the spheres of the company. His only goal is: to help employees, MT members, and thereby help the organization move forward. As a result, the ‘hofnar’ quickly sees through the frameworks, rules and conventions that are unnecessary or that stand in the way of growth. These blind spots are undesirable and by definition cannot be perceived internally.
