Research from the Rotterdam School of Management reveals that raising daughters helps men understand the obstacles women face in society, which in turn impacts their approach to work and gender equality. The study indicates that having daughters can have a permanent influence on male CEOs' attitudes towards gender in business. As daughters grow up and are exposed to gender inequality, their fathers, including male CEOs, become more committed to achieving gender equality, leading to a greater representation of female executives.
