Liana van der Hagen investigated how supermarkets can use machine learning to manage delivery windows more efficiently. In collaboration with ORTEC, she developed a model within the CILOLAB project that rapidly predicts whether a customer will still fit into their schedule at a given time. She defended her dissertation on March 27, 2025.
