Consistently receiving high scores for student evaluations, students often cite their appreciation for his inclusive classroom where everyone is engaged and feels comfortable posing any question.”

About Stefano Tasselli
Stefano Tasselli is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Technology and Operations at RSM. He holds a PhD from the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge. His research and teaching focus is on the interplay between psychological and relational antecedents of organisational functioning, including the analysis of the psychological micro-foundations (personality, motivation, and cognition) of organisational social networks; social networks, knowledge transfer and innovation; and organisational theory. He is currently teaching 'Social Networks and Leadership' in the International Full-time MBA programme, and post-graduate and executive modules on 'Organisation of Innovation' and on 'New Business Development'.
