Claudia is a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Her research focuses on how teams navigate fundamental differences and approach complex problems. Specifically, she examines the role of value diversity and integrative complexity in creative problem solving. In addition, she investigates the conditions under which interdisciplinary research collaborations achieve successful outcomes.
