Profile

Marie Schmidt is an assistant professor of Operations Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Marie"s research interests cover optimization in transportation planning, decision-making under uncertainty (in particular robust optimization), multi-criteria optimization and game theory.

Marie obtained her PhD in Mathematics from University of Goettingen. Her PhD thesis titled "Integrating Routing Decisions in Network Problems" received the dissertation award of the German Operations Research Society in 2012.
