Profile
Steven Vanhaverbeke joined RSM as an Assistant Professor in Financial Accounting in 2019. He received a PhD scholarship from the Flemish Science Foundation (FWO) in 2013, and he completed his PhD at KU Leuven in 2017. While being a post-doctoral research fellow of the FWO, he spend one academic year at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has published in the European Accounting Review. His research interests are in the area of financial disclosure regulation, banking and innovation.
