Frits brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector across Europe and North America, with a strong track record of building brands, growing businesses, and developing high-performing teams. Known for his authentic and actionoriented leadership style, he combines strategic thinking with a practical focus on delivering meaningful results.
His extensive experience scaling purpose-led brands and navigating complex business environments will bring valuable perspectives to the Advisory Board and help strengthen RSM's connection with the business community.
