Prior to her current position, Hanneke spent 14 years at KPMG, where she served as an Audit Partner. Her responsibilities included overseeing financial operations and providing strategic insights. This extensive experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of complex landscapes.

She is currently formally serving as the Senior VP Finance at Dura Vermeer, where she plays a pivotal role in steering the financial strategy, risk assessment, and control mechanisms. With a tenure of over six years, she has contributed significantly to the company's financial stability and strategic decision-making.

Within Dura Vermeer, Hanneke is actively involved in the company's commitment to sustainability, undertaking initiatives such as the Net Zero Science Based Targets, aligning with global climate goals and demonstrating a dedication to environmental responsibility.
