We are delighted to welcome Nicole van Det (CEO Accenture Netherlands and Nordics) to the RSM Advisory Board.
Nicole is CEO of Accenture Netherlands & Nordics and a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee, where she leads strategy and growth across seven countries. An RSM alumna, she brings a unique combination of scientific expertise and international business leadership, holding an MBA from RSM alongside an MSc in Pharmacy and a PhD in Medicine.
Throughout her more than 26-year career at Accenture, Nicole has led major business and technology transformations across industries, helping organizations harness data, technology and AI to drive growth and competitiveness. She is also widely recognized for her commitment to people, culture, and inclusive leadership, drawing on a global perspective shaped by her upbringing in Suriname and her extensive international experience.
As Nicole shares: "AI is changing how we work, and it raises new questions about what good leadership looks like. I want to help RSM prepare people to ask the right questions, make sound decisions and lead change responsibly.
As an alumna, I look forward to bringing experience from business to the table and having my own thinking challenged in return." Nicole's expertise at the intersection of leadership, technology, innovation, and responsible business will be an invaluable addition to the Advisory Board. We look forward to welcoming her insights, experience, and perspective as we continue to prepare future leaders to navigate an increasingly complex and technology-driven world.
