Job description

In the role of CRM Application Manager, you hold a pivotal position at RSM. Collaborating with IT Services and business consultants, you become an integral part of RSM's primary IT and innovation partnership. Our collective goal is to provide top-tier education and sustain a culture of continuous innovation.

What are you going to do?

As the CRM Application Manager, your role is dedicated to advancing our organisational capabilities. Working full-time, your focus will be on developing and enhancing features, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM . This involves the critical task of maintaining applications, and your collaboration with IT specialists will play a key role in accelerating not only the organization's primary educational processes but also supporting functions across marketing, sales, HR, and finance.

Reporting directly to the IT Director, your responsibilities extend beyond individual tasks. You will actively cultivate and maintain robust relationships within and outside our office, creating a collaborative environment.

You will be part of a cohesive team. Alongside two direct colleagues and fellow members of IT Services, you will contribute to the collective efforts supporting 120 employees and 700 students within RSM. The collaborative spirit extends to the broader RSM faculty, where the IT Service Department has expanded its CRM services.

By joining forces with your colleagues, you'll play a crucial role in the ongoing success and growth of our CRM services, creating a positive impact across the organisation.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree at least at HBO level in business informatics, information management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE application support
  • Preferably experience with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Pages)
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with ClickDimensions, Microsoft Fabric and/or Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Server, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Understanding of industry-specific business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Awareness and knowledge of current IT developments
  • A focus on business value, customer experience, and process optimization
  • Excellent advisory skills
  • Proficiency in English
