Introduction
For a new career insight and development platform, RSM Evolve, we are looking for a student assistant to support content development, translations (Dutch to English), and research-related activities.
RSM Evolve aims to help students and alumni gain insight into career pathways and labour-market opportunity structures, and to make more informed, evidence-based career choices. The platform is currently in the early stages of development.
Job description
As a student assistant, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Structuring and maintaining web pages to ensure clarity, consistency, and coherence across the platform,
- Proactively identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content and proposing improvements,
- Supporting administrative tasks related to platform development,
- Assisting with qualitative research activities, such as interview preparation, transcription, or data organisation,
- Translating website content and related materials from Dutch to English.
You will work between 2-8 hours per week, between February 15th and May 31st. The exact workload will be agreed upon in consultation and can be combined with study commitments.
Job requirements
We are looking for a student who:
- Has completed a Bachelor and is currently in a Master programme,
- Enjoys taking ownership of written content and maintaining quality standards,
- Works carefully and conscientiously, with strong attention to detail,
- Has good time-management and organisational skills,
- Is comfortable making web-content edits, including basic HTML,
- Has excellent command of English, with strong Dutch–English translation skills.
An interest in careers research and tooling is a plus, but not essential.
Employment conditions and benefits
You must live in the Netherlands and be registered as a student. The position is paid according to the RSM student-assistant salary scale. In the fall of 2025, this amounted to a gross hourly rate of € 19.18 for master students.
