The Erasmus+ research project "Digital Culture Cockpit: Navigating the Future of SMEs through Employee Engagement" is seeking a motivated student assistant to support the academic lead in advancing this impactful international initiative.
Job description
As our Student Assistant (SA), you will play an active role in supporting the research project by assisting with data cleaning and preparation, conducting data analysis using basic descriptive statistics and regression techniques, as well as collaborating with the academic head to deliver valuable insights.
This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge international research with real-world relevance, apply and strengthen your data analysis skills in a professional research setting, and work closely with experienced academics.
Job requirements
We are looking for a current EUR master's student available in October and November for approximately 8-10 hours per week.
What we expect from you:
- Interest in academic research and skills in quantitative survey analysis (SPSS or R),
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm to contribute,
- Independence and ability to complete tasks efficiently,
- Basic proficiency in English
To be one of our SAs, with very few exceptions, you must live in the Netherlands and be registered as a student.
Employment conditions and benefits
We compensate you according to the Student Assistant salary scale, the gross hourly rate of which is approximately €18.21 for master students.
