"The most valuable skills or aspects I gained would be the attitude and confidence to take ownership and be responsible, one of the essentials quality for respected leadership. It was a gradual process for me to enhance those senses along the way. From my first assignment and my first team work until much later and now I have become one of the London alumni chapter leader. I have benefited tremendously from it."

What was the most memorable moment at RSM?
"The most memorable moment would be the Queen’s Day when the entire batch booked 2 boats, cruising on the Amsterdam Channels, joining one of the most festive celebration of the year. Every one of us were fully equipped with Orange outfits and makeups. We arranged the endless music and drinks on the boat. With all the good laughs and fun conversations, we get to know each other better. This experience were the most memorable moment and it also proves that we not only can work well as a team, we can also party hard together."

My ideas were often unconventional that could go both extremes, good or bad. I am bold in trying new ideas and proposals, sometimes appears to be a little out of focus but am a reliable person and stick to my words."

Name three things that make you smile each day!
"Knowing that my loved ones are there building a life with me together through happiness and difficulties; knowing that there is always something to look forward to, like a long holiday; feeling great and healthy."

What is your greatest passion in life?
"My greatest passion is having my own business in the future not only something i could live on but also benefit society in large. For example, build a university-residence neighbourhood for old people in China."

What is your ‘I WILL’?
"I WILL find or make a way to achieve my goals."
