    RSM regularly organizes Virtual Information Sessions about the programme structure, student life and other relevant topics. To view the schedule, please check out the events overview.

  • Our current students are available for questions in relation to the IBA programme and student life at RSM. You can contact them through our talk to a current student page.

  • Due to Covid-19 visitors have limited access to buildings. While guided tours are currently not possible, walking around the campus is permitted.

    You can also visit RSM by taking a virtual tour on campus.

    Please note that depending on the situation in relation to Covid-19, an online alternative might be offered for our Open Days and student-for-a-day programme programme.

    Opening Hours RSM Admissions Office:
    Due to the advice from the Dutch Government in regards to COVID-19, the RSM Admissions Office is working from home until further notice. This means there are no visitation hours available.

    RSM Admissions Office is available by phone for urgent questions on Wednesdays between 10 am - 12 pm (CET) at +31 10 408 9591.
    NOTE: On Wednesday 2rd December the telephone hours are between 2 - 4 pm (CET)

    Please note that when the line is busy, your call will be automatically forwarded to voicemail. We therefore recommend that you call back at a later time. Please do not leave a voicemail message!

    Problems when registering in Studielink: 

    > Please contact the Erasmus Student Service Centre. (Remember that after registering for IBA in Studielink, you need to continue the application process in the RSM Online Application Form (OLAF).

    My ERNA doesn't work or I didn't receive it:

    > If you have started the application process in Studielink, but have not received your ERNA details which you need in order to log in to the Online Application Form (OLAF), please inform the Erasmus University ICT Servicedesk: servicedesk@eur.nl

    In your message, explain the problem clearly, include your name, student number, email address and that you are applying for a programme offered by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
