  • The IBA website and the Frequently Asked Questions section are the quickest and most comprehensive way of finding an answer to any questions you may have. 

    RSM regularly organizes Virtual Information Sessions about the programme structure, student life and other relevant topics. To view the schedule, please check out the events overview.

  • Our current students are available for questions in relation to the IBA programme and student life at RSM. You can contact them through Facebook.

  • The ideal time to visit the campus and find out more about the IBA programme is during our Open Days. If you are unable to join the Open Day in person, you can also view the live stream.

    To experience first-hand what it is like to be an IBA student you can join our student-for-a-day programme. During this day one of our current students will take you to a lecture, give you a campus tour and answer your questions about the studying at RSM. To plan your visit, view the available dates.

    Individual visits can be arranged for students who reside outside the Netherlands and are not able to join the student-for-a-day programme on the available dates.


    First get to know the general admission criteria and check the requirements specific for your diploma. After this you can start the application process. Note that this programme has an early application deadline; 15 January, 2019.

    For urgent admissions questions you can call us during the telephone consulting hours: Monday - Friday 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00 hrs (CET). Telephone +31 10 408 9591. Between January and April the telephone consulting hours are limited (15.00-16.00 hrs).

    The University is closed on the following days: 19-22 April, 30 May and 10 June.

    Studielink issues: If you have problems using Studielink, please contact the Erasmus Student Service Centre

    ERNA issues: If you have started the application process in Studielink, but have not received your ERNA details, please inform the Erasmus University Support Centre (USC): In your message, explain the problem clearly, include your name, student number, email address and that you are applying for a programme offered by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
