The IBA website and the FAQ system are the quickest and most comprehensive way of answering any questions you may have. Please explore the site before contacting the RSM Admissions Office. If your question cannot be answered by reference to the online resources, you can email us via the contact form. We do not have a direct email address.
Current IBA students can contact the programme managers for questions related to the content of the IBA programme (NOT including admissions related questions).
For urgent (ONLY IBA related admissions) questions you can call us only during the telephone consulting hours:
Monday - Friday 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00 hrs (CET) (UTC + 1 hour or 2 hours in Summer). Telephone +31 10 408 9591.
NOTE: Between 12 September and 12 October we have limited telephone consulting hours.
Current IBA students must contact the programme managers for questions related to the content of the IBA programme (NOT for admissions related questions).
The RSM Admissions Office is often very busy. We therefore highly recommend making an appointment before stopping by to ensure we have time to answer all of your questions. Please be advised that due to the processing of the applications, office visits will be limited between January and April. We therefore recommend that you contact one of our student ambassadors.
If you would like to visit our university and you are a student residing outside the Netherlands you can also join the student-for-a-day programme on one of the dates listed here.
