The Case Centre: the main access route for RSM cases
The Case Centre hosts the complete RSM Case Collection. Our other distribution partners—Harvard Business Impact, Ivey Publishing, and SAGE Business Cases—offer selected RSM cases for different audiences and markets.
RSM/EUR staff can access the complete RSM collection through The Case Centre free of charge. For this reason, the detailed guidance on this page focuses on creating and using a The Case Centre educator account. Many cases are available through more than one platform; availability, pricing, and account requirements may vary.
A selection of cases is available free of charge to all educators through The Case Centre and Ivey Publishing.

Create an educator account
To access the full RSM Case Development Centre case collection through The Case Centre, register for an educator account using your institutional email address. Complete the required verification steps before accessing cases and related materials.

First, check that you are using the email address connected to your educator account. If necessary, reset your password through The Case Centre.
If you can log in but cannot access RSM cases and teaching notes, check that your account is listed as Educator.
If the problem continues, please contact the CDC for support.
Please follow the instructions provided by your course instructor or university. Your course may provide case materials through a course pack, an online learning environment, institutional access, or an individual-purchase arrangement.
Access for RSM/EUR staff
Faculty members, PhD students with teaching duties, and programme administrators at Erasmus University Rotterdam can access the complete RSM Case Collection through The Case Centre at no cost.
Register for an educator account using your RSM/EUR work email address, then access the RSM Case Collection through The Case Centre.
Erasmus University Library also has a subscription to the SAGE business case collection that is free to all EUR staff.
If you are an RSM faculty teaching an MSc course, you may be eligible for using a limited number of HBI cases for free. Please click here for detailed information.
Additionally, EUR employees can access a selection of RSM cases and associated educational materials that are not publicly distributed. To explore cases within our private collection, please submit a request via email.
In addition to the RSM case collection, The Case Centre and Ivey Publishing offer free cases produced by other universities.
Access for external educators (non-RSM/EUR)
Educators outside of Erasmus University Rotterdam can also access the entire RSM Case Collection through our distribution partners. Most cases are available at the publisher’s standard rate; a selection of RSM cases is available free of charge.
