Accessibility status

Our website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. This is the internationally recognised benchmark for web accessibility.

We conducted a comprehensive accessibility audit in February 2025 to identify areas for improvement. We are actively working to resolve identified issues. Our accessibility commitment includes:

● Ensuring all non-text content has text alternatives
● Providing captions and transcripts for video content
● Maintaining sufficient colour contrast throughout the site
● Making all interactive elements operable via keyboard
● Supporting assistive technologies like screen readers
● Regular testing and ongoing improvements

Known issues we're working on
● Some focus indicators need improved visibility (we're fixing this)
● Form error messages are being improved for clarity
● Video transcripts are being added to key pages
● Language codes on multilingual pages are being corrected
