Admission updates

We understand that you want to know the outcome of your application as quickly as possible. How long it takes to evaluate depends on when you apply: the busiest months are October to January, while later applications are usually processed faster.

The graph below shows the number of applications we receive each month for BSc IBA, MSc and premaster programmes. The dashed line marks the IBA application deadline on 31 January.

MSc and Pre-master programmes

Prescreening: After you have submitted your application, the admissions office will glance over the documents and notify you if anything is missing. This is called pre-screening. Currently the pre-screening time is approximately 3-4 weeks.

Results:

Applications submitted in October–January usually takes up to 8–10 weeks to evaluate, sometimes longer due to high volumes.
Between February and March, MSc and premaster applications may take longer to process than usual, as this is also the main evaluation period for BSc International Business Administration.
From April onwards, MSc and premaster evaluations are generally faster, often within 6–8 weeks.

Please note:

The evaluation time is counted from the moment your application is complete and submitted in OLAF.
Processing can take longer during peak periods or if we need additional information.

Bachelor International Business Administration (BSc IBA)

Results: You will be informed once your application has been evaluated and especially if you are required to take additional tests. The final ranking will be published on the 15th of April. In the meantime, check your messages in OLAF regularly for any updates.
