Katya Soedigwan is a storyteller, engagement enthusiast and communications specialist based in the heart of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Katya has over five years of experience in social media, marketing and engagement in her pocket, and has a passion for sharing community stories. She is currently a Marketing Officer for Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University's MBA programmes.

Sören Königkrämer is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His career spans investment management and management consulting, with experience in emerging markets and operational transformation. As Senior Manager at Position Green, a PE-backed ESG advisory firm, he led sustainability strategy, governance and reporting engagements for large listed and private equity companies across multiple continents. Previously, at True North Partners, he advised financial institutions and corporations on finance, risk, and strategy transformations across Europe and Africa. Sören’s career sits at the intersection of operations, capital allocation, and impact creation, with international experience spanning Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Asia.

Zaya Kuyena is an MBA candidate (Class of 2027) at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Previously, he spent seven years with Global A airs Canada, working at the nexus of trade, development, and industrial policy. Most recently, Zaya served as Canada’s Senior Trade Commissioner based in Lagos, Nigeria, advising business clients, governments, and multilateral institutions. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Oikocredit Canada and led World Vision Canada’s national poverty campaign. Zaya’s career sits at the intersection of trade diplomacy and development finance, with a focus on mobilising capital into emerging markets and international experience spanning Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia.
