Hetty Brand-Boswijk is an accredited Professional Certified Coach. As Director of Coaching/Lead Coach at RSM her expertise is called upon to advise on the development of Leadership and Team/Group Coaching Programmes. Her specialisation is developing programmes to advance dynamic team success and to assist individuals to share challenges and best practices in service of their own and each other’s developmental goals. Björn Atterstam is an educator, facilitator, and leadership expert with a particular interest in exploring the human condition in the modern world. How we live our lives, lead our organizations, and develop in a world that is increasingly complex, uncertain, and interconnected. Björn’s work spans the two worlds of practice and academia, thereby being what is sometimes referred to as a Scholar-Practitioner. Björn has held leadership positions with both international management consultancies and large companies. Over the last thirty years, he has advised or trained leaders for a large number of well-known organizations all over the world. In his last corporate role in London, he was responsible for developing talent, leadership, and culture at Prudential Plc, a highly regarded financial services group. Swedish by birth and international since 2000, Björn completed his MBA at Columbia Business School and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at Wharton/University of Pennsylvania. He is currently completing his PhD at RSM.
