Food x Consulting

This evening, we invite you to join a cooking event themed around different food business models and starting a food business. This event is organised by RSM Alumni Berlin Chapter (RSM+IE Berlin community).

Alumni are invited to come together at 6pm to start the dinner preparation. During the evening we will engage in discussion over several different food industry topics. Over the evening, this way everyone will be immersed in the food business for a couple of hours and take away practical and theoretical knowledge about the industry.

Menu

  • Starter: Freshly handmade traditional Chinese Dumplings
  • Main: Ramen soup, with freshly handmade noodles
  • Dessert: Matcha White Chocolate Tiramisu
  • Vegetarian dishes are among the options.

Drinks are included: French white and red wine, German beer.

We will have support from among the alumni community by Stefan Zeng, RSM alumnus, who has already organised cooking events. For the Dumplings - which are a lot of work - Mrs. Wu, formerly working in the Yumcha Heroes Manufaktur will provide our base to work from.

Planned Topics

  • How to Start and Grow a Food Venture, featuring Vadim, CEO of mindfuel.
  • Applying Consulting to Food "when was the last time you did a SWOT for pasta? (or fish?)"
  • Opening a restaurant and validating your business plan

Does this sound like a fun evening for you? We think so, for sure!

This event is partially sponsored by RSM. You can register here.

Corona related rules: We are going to use one of the most widely used apps, the Corona Warn App for checking in. Please be reminded that we will follow current regulations, and that we are intending to follow the 2G rule (if that is still allowed by law on the 20th) to make organisational handling as easy as possible .
