Let's get together, wine and dine, and celebrate the year 2021 with a three-course meal in a great ambiance.

Christmas Dinner

During our three-course meal at the SAGE restaurant we would like to reflect on all the great encounters we had during our fun alumni events in 2021, make new inspiring connections for 2022 and look forward to all that's coming in the near and far future.

Embedding all this in a great culinary setting, the chefs at SAGE curated a great three-course meal that we can indulge in all together.

Menu

There are 2 menu options available:

Menu 1:

  • Cream soup made from parsley roots / leek tempura / seed oil
  • Ox cheeks / braised pointed cabbage / Sweet potato gratin / pearl onion sauce with star anise
  • Assorted dark chocolate / pear / lavender

Menu 2 (Vegan):

  • Lettuce hearts with lemon vinaigrette / fried forest mushrooms / cherry tomatoes / confit red peppers
  • Baked and mashed sweet potatoes / silken tofu / lime oil / snow peas

Corona related rules: The Covid situation holds a tight grip on Berlin and most parts of north western Europe - we are fully aware of it. We are keeping Christmas Dinner registration open for now. In case the restaurant has to close, we are offering  a full refund to all who have registered. As rules and regulations especially for restaurants are due to be changed in the next few days, please stay tuned.
