Join us for a workshop with Prof. Hanneke Takkenberg, Executive Director of Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO)

This is the premise ofThe No Club: Putting a Stop to Women's Dead-End Work by authors Linda Babcock, Brenda Peyster, Lise Vesterlund and Laurie Weingart, a guide to achieving gender equity in the workplace by alleviating women's careers from unrewarded work.

Inspired by the book and led by Prof. Takkenberg, this popular and engaging workshop gives insight into the environment in which women have higher loads of non-career-enhancing “office housework”. You will learn and practice how to say no - and how to make yourself the first priority in a fun and interactive way.

It’s also an opportunity to connect and network with ECWO’s community. We look forward to seeing you there!
