Dr. Jochem Kroezen is an Associate Professor in Organization Theory at RSM and Academic Director of the full-time MBA. Jochem earned his PhD from RSM in 2014, and was an Assistant Professor in International Business at the Cambridge Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge in the UK. He specialises in the sociological side of organisation and management theory. His current research focuses on ‘craft’ as an alternative approach to organising work in the 21st century.

Malou uses her skills in learning development, stakeholder management, business development and ecosystem innovation to design and deliver innovative and impactful initiatives for the energy transition and society. She helps to co-create research and programmes to tackle the complex and urgent challenges that need to be addressed using new knowledge, skills and perspectives. The Centre supports impactful and enriching education programmes, and encourages transdisciplinary research to support long lasting and valuable relationships to unite the quadruple helix of business, government, society and citizens.

Rob Zuidwijk’s research and teaching focuses on synchronising transportation networks, connecting the port to global supply chains, and coordinating global supply chains for sustainability. He’s an active participant in Rotterdam’s SmartPort collaboration between universities and the port community for smart logistics and sustainable, reliable and efficient transport chains, in the AI Port Center of the Convergence initiative and in Topsector Logistics for innovating Dutch logistics. His work has been published in top academic journals for operations and transportation.

Els is a researcher, designer and teacher with extensive experience in academic research projects and design practice in the urban environment. She focuses on a sustainable, smart and shared urban environment, and in particular how societal actors play a role in the transition towards a regenerative and just future. Els is an experienced lecturer and speaker and is author of a number of published articles, blogs, and books. She has a PhD in urbanism and urban governance from TU Delft, after which she researched circular processes in the built environment as a research fellow. She is currently partner at Design & Publics, a design and research collective based in Rotterdam, and co-founder of Circular Community Foundation, which stimulates multiple value creation by co-designing interventions aimed at closing and maintaining neighbourhood resource loops.

Derk was among the first researchers to develop the concept and approach of transition management as new form of governance for sustainable development. In 2004 he started the Dutch Research Institute for Transitions (Drift) at EUR, together with Jan Rotmans. He has been successful in bringing in funds for experimental applied transition projects, and has over 100 publications in this area and has researched numerous transition processes with government, business, civil society and science. He is a frequently invited keynote speaker in and outside Europe. 

Rob Van Tulder is emeritus full Professor of International Business-Society Management, co-founder of RSM’s Department of Business-Society Management, and Academic Director of the Partnerships Resource Centre. He is a Fellow of the Academy of International Business and the European International Business Academy, and a member of the Academia Europea for creating value for society. He advises international organisations, governments, multinational enterprises and international NGOs on issues of sustainability and strategy, and acts as chair of the Supervisory board of the Wage Indicator Foundation. Daan Peeters is a PhD candidate and lecturer at RSM. He researches how people sustain their engagement with complex sustainability challenges, especially in agriculture, food, and climate activism, focusing on everyday interactions, emotions, and rituals that help collaborations move forward, for example drawing on close involvement with place-based initiatives involved in landscape restoration. Daan teaches courses on social innovation, sustainability, and responsible leadership. Before starting his academic career he worked as a research consultant on strategy, organisational change, and sustainability for public and private organisations. He has two master’s degrees from RSM: MSc People, Organisations and Change, and MSc Global Business and Sustainability.

Dr Piero Morseletto teaches circular economy at RSM and researches environmental governance by investigating remedies to major environmental problems such as climate change, biodiversity loss and chemical pollution. He has worked at the UNESCO Division of Ecological and Earth Sciences and at PwC, and was the founder of a biotechnology company applying principles of the circular economy. Early in his career Piero worked with the Japan External Trade Organization and Kajima Construction as a participant in the Executive Training Programme Japan of the European Commission. He has a PhD in Environmental Policy and Analysis from VU Amsterdam, an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Trento. He is Academic Co-Director of, and a lecture for, RSM’s Online Master in Sustainability Management.

Johannes Boegershausen is an associate professor of marketing at RSM. Johannes' research examines marketplace morality, stigma, and well-being, often from a social-cognitive perspective. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, and Journal of Consumer Psychology. He was one of Poets & Quants’ Top 50 Undergraduate Professors in 2023 and received the 2019 C.W. Park Young Contributor Award from the Society for Consumer Psychology. Johannes holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of British Columbia. Before joining RSM, he was an assistant professor of marketing at the University of Amsterdam.

Erika Harriford-McLaren is an international communications leader who is passionate about helping organisations turn their missions into clear, authentic narratives that build trust and connection. She is an experienced strategy and communications leader, and her work spans marketing and market research, education, nonprofit and professional development sectors in the US and Europe. She has advised executive teams on corporate and internal communications, DEI and strategic positioning at organisations including RSM and ESOMAR, the global market research association. She now works closely with purpose-driven companies and leaders as COO at Blueyse Agency.

Dr Christophe Lembregts is an associate professor whose research focuses on facilitating informed decision making and addressing societal challenges, and encompasses a diverse range of topics, including consumer responses to magnitude information, perceptions of income inequality, strategies for enhancing climate mitigation behaviours, and the psychology of procrastination. His research is published in international journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Marketing Research and the International Journal of Research in Marketing. Dr Lembregts teaches Marketing Management to bachelor students, and for master’s students he teaches Customer Experience Management, and coordinates the Honours Class in Marketing Management . He has been elected Professor of the Year by multiple cohorts of his students.

Tine de Moor is Professor of Social Enterprise and Institutions for Collective Action at RSM. She researches the creation, functioning and evolution of cooperative social enterprises and institutions for collective action from the early modern period in Europe until today, on issues from energy and care cooperatives, citizens’ role in short chain food supply, platform cooperatives, to the renewal of mutual insurance organisations – her research projects have attracted several large research grants. She has also researched labour market participation and household formation patterns, and has been involved in citizen science projects using innovative research methods. She was president of the International Association for the Study of the Commons, and established the peer-reviewed International Journal of the Commons. She was Professor of Institutions for Collective Action in Historical Perspective at Utrecht University before joining RSM. She has a PhD in History from Ghent University (2003) and a postgraduate in Environmental Sciences at the University of Antwerp (1999).

Karen Maas is endowed professor Accounting and Sustainability at the Open University, and academic director of Impact Centre Erasmus. She conducts research in impact measurement, sustainability, social enterprises and impact investing. She has worked with many for-profit, non-profit and financial organisations to measure their impact, and her work has been published in academic journals such as Business & Society, Journal of Business Ethics, American Journal of Evaluation, as well as in newspapers and online.

Karen is a board member of the International Association of Business in Society (IABS) and the Sustainable and Environmental Management Accounting Network (EMAN). She is a member of the think tank Sustainable Finance Lab, and the Sustainable Pension Investment Lab in the Netherlands. She holds a PhD in Economics for her thesis Corporate Social Performance: from output measurement to impact measurement. 

Fiona Dragstra leads the foundation's global operations and strategic direction. She focuses particularly on strengthening informed decision making across sectors and stakeholders, and strengthening the organisation's global network. Under her leadership, WageIndicator has further grown to become an established partner for international organisations, companies, trade unions, and civil society actors committed to closing the gap between prevailing and living wages. 

Fiona has been instrumental in positioning WageIndicator’s data and expertise at the centre of global dialogues on labour rights, labour market and wage transparency, and stronger industrial relations.

She brings extensive experience in international project coordination, research strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. Before joining WageIndicator, Fiona coordinated civil society networks, working on environmental justice and ecological restoration. She holds academic degrees in Social Sciences, Political Communication, and African Studies from the University of Amsterdam, Leiden University, and McGill University.

Paulien Osse is the Living Wage Lead and co-founder of the WageIndicator Foundation, where she has spent over two decades helping companies, unions, and stakeholders turn data into practical action. She has played a pivotal role in shaping global thinking on living wages, guiding companies on how to assess wage gaps, to strengthen dialogue with workers, and to integrate living wage commitments into their business practices. As former journalist and a seasoned moderator, Paulien is known for translating complex labour issues into clear, actionable steps. Her work has supported thousands of organisations in improving pay structures, advancing fairness, and embedding living wages into responsible business conduct.
