Project Management in Practice 2
Project Management in Practice 2
Training in project management gives you lots of good ideas, new knowledge, and examples of good practice to apply in your day-to-day activities – whether you learned them from RSM’s Project Management in Practice 1 programme or somewhere else. But applying this in the workplace is different for everyone – it depends on your organisation’s environment and culture. You might find your good intentions eroded when they come up against your usual working routine and the day-to-day reality of meeting deadlines and targets in your organisation.
During the programme, you will:
- learn from new, enhanced material and methods of application
- review previous learning to identify and analyse what works
- evaluate the impact of applied learning
- gain knowledge through sharing similar situations with others receive coaching and feedback on your own project challenges from an experienced practitioner and executive teacher.
You will benefit from the Project Management in Practice 2 programme if:
- you are a project manager who has previously participated in RSM’s Project Management in Practice 1 course (previously known as The Art of Project Management)
- you want to analyse your own PM performance and enhance your previous learning.
Experienced project managers who have not already followed RSM Executive Education’s Project Management in Practice 1 – or another training course in project management – may apply, but can expect to be assessed before admittance to this programme. Based on our assessment, we might ask you to do extra studies or follow the Project Management in Practice 1 programme first, or you may be allowed straight into this class.
During the Project Management in Practice 2 Programme you will learn from Anthony Eve. Occasionally we may substitute other faculty members according to the content of the programme and their availability.
