A new study by Alexander Genevsky of RSM and researchers from Michigan and Stanford universities has discovered a means of predicting widespread consumer behaviour with the help of MRI scans. If the study is adequately replicated and catches on, expect MRI scans to become essential purchases for large consumer goods and tech companies in the future. The applications, however, can be used in almost all industries.
