Companies such as Uber, which supply on demand, must be classified differently. The category in which Uber wants to see himself classified is morally and legally doubtful, says new research by Magdalena Cholakova and professor Joep Cornelissen from RSM. The classification of a company in a certain category has far-reaching consequences for regulations, social equality and prosperity. The researchers therefore believe that this classification should be viewed from both a political and moral point of view.
