After a slow start, the Dutch vaccination program against corona has finally gained momentum. From 1 May, it should be possible to inject as many as 2.5 million injections per week. "We are no longer dangling at the bottom."

The Netherlands could have done the vaccination faster with better preparation, says Prof. Albert Veenstra, professor of trade and logistics at RSM. Denmark set a good example. “There they calculated last summer how many elderly and infirm should be given an injection. The entire planning was already made with that data at the time. ”
