In recent times, an increasing number of office buildings in the Netherlands have remained unoccupied as the result of non-compliance with current building codes. Inbo, DTZ Zadelhoff and Deerns have developed the work method 'Duurzame kans bestaande kantoren' ("sustainable opportunity for exsisting offices") to tackle the issue.
