Master Classes are taught by RSM faculty, plus visiting professors from other top business schools around the world, and business practitioners from a range of organisations who share their experience and practical knowledge.
 

Prof. Joep Cornelissen

Joep Cornelissen is Academic Director of the MCC programme and Professor of Corporate Communication & Management at RSM.

Prof. Paul Argenti

Paul Argenti is a world-renowned Professor of Corporate Communication at the Tuck School of Business, based in the USA.

Prof. Pursey Heugens

Pursey Heugens is a Professor of Organisation Theory, Development and Change at RSM. He has won numerous awards for his research and teaching.

Dr Mark Lee Hunter

Mark Lee Hunter is based at INSEAD and a highly accomplished author, scholar, and investigative journalist with a doctorate in communication. 

Dr Mignon van Halderen

Mignon van Halderen is an Associate Professor at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and an authority on thought leadership. 

Dr Oriol Iglesias

Oriol Iglesias is an Associate Professor at ESADE in Barcelona. He has been consulted worldwide by leading firms from various sectors and his research has been published in top academic journals. 

Florian Madertoner

Florian Madertoner is a lecturer at RSM with expertise in money and banking. His research interests include behavioural finance and fraud.

Prof. Jean-Philippe Bonardi

Jean-Philippe Bonardi is a Professor of Strategic Management at HEC Lausanne. His research has been published in international research outlets and presented in many universities over the world. 

Dr Guido Berens

Guido Berens is Assistant Professor of Corporate Communication at RSM and holds a PhD in Management. His research interests include varied aspects of corporate communication.

Prof. Bob de Wit

Bob de Wit is a Professor of Strategic Leadership at Nyenrode, and has co-authored numerous books, articles and cases, adopted by 200+ institutions worldwide.

Prof. Gui Liberali

Gui Liberali is Professor of Digital Marketing at RSM. He holds a doctorate in marketing and a BSc in computer science.

Prof. John Hayes

John Hayes is Emeritus Professor of Change Management at Leeds University Business School. His research interests focus on change facilitation and development within organisations.

Michael Etter is a research fellow at Cass Business School, and has been a scholar and practitioner in management, new information and communication technologies (ICT), and CSR for more than ten years.

Prof. Steffen Giessner

Steffen Giessner is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Change at RSM, and his primary research topics are employee support during organisational mergers, followers perceptions of leadership, antecedents of leader behaviour, and non-verbal communication of power.

Dr Steve Kennedy

Steve Kennedy is Associate Professor researching corporate sustainability, climate change and sustainability-oriented innovation within the Centre of Corporate Eco-Transformation at RSM.

Prof. Lucas Meijs

Lucas Meijs is Professor of Volunteering, Civil Society and Businesses at RSM. His research focuses on issues related to strategic philanthropy, volunteer/non-profit management, corporate community involvement, voluntary energy as a natural resource and involved learning.

Prof. Stefano Puntoni

Stefano Puntoni is Professor of Marketing at RSM. He joined RSM after completing his PhD at London Business School and teaches brand management, marketing strategy, and consumer behaviour.

Drs. Ashraf Ramzy

Ashraf Ramzy is a brand and reputation strategist and has been featured in major publications, television and radio interviews.

Prof. Ansgar Zerfass

Ansgar Zerfass is Professor and Chair in Strategic Communication at the Universit√§t Leipzig. He has published 33 books and more than 300 journal articles, book chapters, and study reports papers so far.
